SAUNA VALDEZ LLC — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or participating in any service offered by Sauna Valdez LLC ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. GENERAL RULES OF USE
All participants must follow staff instructions at all times. The following are prohibited during any sauna session: alcohol, drugs, glass containers, and any behavior that endangers yourself or others. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual or terminate any session without refund for violation of these rules. Footwear appropriate for wet surfaces is strongly recommended. Children under 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
2. CAPACITY & BOOKING
Sessions are limited to the number of participants specified at the time of booking. The Booking Party may not exceed the agreed capacity without prior approval from the Company. Additional guests beyond the confirmed count may be denied access.
3. LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIREMENT
Every individual who uses the sauna must complete and sign the Sauna Valdez LLC Liability Waiver prior to participation. For any minor under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the minor liability waiver on their behalf. No exceptions. The Booking Party is responsible for ensuring full compliance among their group.
4. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
The Booking Party assumes responsibility for any and all damage to the sauna unit, its equipment, furnishings, and the surrounding area that occurs during the reserved session. This includes damage caused by the Booking Party or any member of their group. The Booking Party agrees to promptly report any damage and to reimburse the Company for the cost of repair or replacement.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The Booking Party is responsible for confirming that all members of their party are checked in at the start of the session and for following all check-out instructions provided by the Company at the conclusion of the session. Failure to follow check-out procedures may result in additional charges.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit or reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for any refund, credit, or reschedule. All cancellations must be communicated directly to Sauna Valdez LLC.
7. COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY
The Booking Party is responsible for communicating all relevant information from the booking confirmation to every member of their group prior to the session, including what to bring, session time, location, and all applicable policies.
8. PHOTO & VIDEO
Sauna Valdez LLC may photograph or video record sessions or events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify the Company in writing prior to the session. You may not photograph, record, or share images of other participants without their explicit consent.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with these terms. No refund is owed when service is refused due to a violation of these terms.
10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Use of sauna facilities, cold water immersion, and related activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to heat-related illness, burns, cardiovascular events, cold water shock, hypothermia, drowning, slip and fall injuries, and exposure to natural environmental hazards. All participants acknowledge these risks by signing the Liability Waiver. These Terms & Conditions do not replace the Liability Waiver — both apply.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Alaska law, Sauna Valdez LLC's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Booking Party for the session in question.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Alaska.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Sauna Valdez LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Company's services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Sauna Valdez LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.
